Justin Hoogs is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office.
Mr. Hoogs received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he served as a Supervising Editor of the California Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. in comparative literature, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
During law school, Mr. Hoogs participated in the Health Law Clinic at the East Bay Community Law Center and served as an extern at Public Advocates Inc. in San Francisco.
