Katy Alexander is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Alexander was an associate in the Silicon Valley office of another international law firm, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall), where she served as symposium editor of the California Law Review and earned a Prosser Prize in Corporate Governance. She earned her B.A. in history, with honors, from Grinnell College. Ms. Alexander is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
