Katherine Petray is an attorney in the London office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the Capital Markets Group.
Ms. Petray's practice focuses on representing clients in a range of financing transactions, including bank syndications, private secured and unsecured debt placements and various bank finance products. She also represents non-U.S. entities who wish to make cross-border private placements of securities to U.S. financial institutions.
Ms. Petray is a member of the Illinois bar. She received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
