Keily Blair is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s London office and a member of the Litigation Group. She practices in general commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Ms. Blair advises on a wide range of commercial disputes including securities litigation, financial disputes and claims arising from the financial crisis with significant experience in disputes involving complex financial products. Ms. Blair has acted on a number of international arbitrations involving major financial institutions and emerging markets companies.
Ms. Blair also advises on both civil and criminal fraud and corruption matters, including multi-jurisdictional investigations and white-collar defense work. Ms. Blair has a particular interest in fraud matters which involve offshore trusts and is a student member of ACTAPS (the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists).
Ms. Blair acts for a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, multi-national companies and large financial institutions.
After obtaining a B.A. (Hons) in Law & Politics in 2003 from Oxford Brookes University, Ms. Blair completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP London. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster Ms. Blair was a litigation associate at Allen & Overy LLP.
Ms. Blair is admitted to practice in England & Wales.
