Keith M. Henneke is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster's Los Angeles office. Mr. Henneke's practice includes a broad range of complex litigation in federal and state court and he advises clients in a variety of commercial, employment, and intellectual property litigation matters. He represents, among others, retailers, banks, and production studios in litigation involving contract disputes, mergers, trade secrets, copyright, and class action allegations.
Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Henneke served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, where he tried multiple cases to final verdicts. Prior to that service, Mr. Henneke was an associate in the Trial Section of Bracewell & Giuliani where he specialized in Labor & Employment Arbitration and Litigation. While at Bracewell, Mr. Henneke represented clients in federal court where he successfully sought summary judgment and dismissal of claims.
After graduating from Rice University with a B.A. in English and Policy Studies, Mr. Henneke received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law. At Texas, Mr. Henneke was awarded the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers for his scholarly and advocacy achievements. Following graduation, Mr. Henneke served for two years as a law clerk to the Hon. Sam Sparks, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
