Ken Nicholds is an associate in the New York office and is a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions Group. Mr. Nicholds has experience with license agreements, privacy policies, terms of use and intellectual property matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Nicholds was an associate at another large international law firm.
Mr. Nicholds holds a J.D. magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif. He also holds a B.Com., first class honors, from the Queen’s University School of Business. He is admitted to practice in New York.
