Kenneth Xie is an associate in the Intellectual Property Group of Morrison & Foerster's Los Angeles office. Mr. Xie's practice focuses on patent prosecution, patent reexaminations, opinions, and patent portfolio management. In addition, he has experience in intellectual property transactions and litigation. Mr. Xie has represented clients in the fields of computer hardware and software, Internet-based technologies, electronics, semiconductors, telecommunications, and medical devices.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Xie was a software engineer for a number of years and was a founding member of an Internet start-up company.
