Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yung worked as an associate in the Capital Markets Group of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York, where he represented issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of securities and other capital market transactions, including acquisition financings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, and initial public offerings.
Mr. Yung earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he was on the International Law Journal and spent time abroad at the Université de Paris I. He earned his B.A., cum laude, in political science and economics from the University of California at San Diego.
