Kiersten Fletcher is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster's New York office.
Ms. Fletcher received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. During law school, Ms. Fletcher served for two years in the Criminal and Juvenile Justice Project of the Edwin F. Mandel Legal Aid Clinic and was a staff writer on the Chicago Journal of International Law.
Ms. Fletcher graduated, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Business-Economics and a minor in Spanish. She is admitted to practice in New York.
