Kimberly Gosling represents clients in complex and multidistrict litigation involving product liability, aviation, pharmaceutical, class action, and general commercial litigation matters. Ms. Gosling has successfully first-chaired a jury trial to verdict and regularly handles motion practice, depositions, expert witnesses, and pre-trial work in federal and state court.

Ms. Gosling has been a member of the board of directors of the San Diego County Bar Foundation since 2009. The Bar Foundation assists victims of poverty, abuse, and discrimination by granting funds to organizations that provide legal services and promote public understanding of the legal system. From 2009 – 2011, Ms. Gosling received the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services from the State Bar of California.

In 2002, Ms. Gosling received her B.A. in American studies from Stanford University, with distinction, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2006. While attending law school, she was a teaching fellow in American constitutional law, a line editor of the Journal on Legislation, a member of the Board of Student Advisers, and a legal writing instructor. From 2007 – 2008, Ms. Gosling served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jeffrey T. Miller in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
