Leda Moloff is an associate in the Litigation Department in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. Ms. Moloff has experience in securities litigation and general commercial disputes, as well as in the representation of individuals in state and federal government investigations.
Ms. Moloff received her J.D. magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law where she was Associate Editor of the Fordham Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. In addition, she was awarded with Fordham’s Class of 1911 Prize for legal writing. Ms. Moloff received her B.A., with high honors, from Brandeis University.
Ms. Moloff is the Secretary for the New York City Bar Women in the Profession Committee and serves on the Brooklyn Family Defense Project’s Associate Advisory Board.
