Jin Ling specializes in corporate and securities matters and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Ms. Jin has broad experience in corporate transactions, in particular, global offerings by PRC companies and red chip companies and was involved in a number of listings by major PRC state-owned enterprises such as China Telecom, China Unicom, China Aluminum and Dalian Port. She has also advised on many foreign investment and M&A transactions, including HSBC's subscription of new shares of Ping An Insurance, and the take over of Enric Energy Equipment Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong listed company, by a Shenzhen listed company, China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Jin worked for a leading English firm for four years.
Ms. Jin is a native speaker of Mandarin and is fluent in English.
