Lip Kian Ang is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster and is resident in the firm's Singapore office. Mr. Ang has represented international funds, financial institutions and multinational corporations in numerous cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, particularly those involving parties in Singapore and China. In addition to corporate transactional work, Mr. Ang has assisted clients on a wide range of matters including equity capital markets, banking, real estate, commercial, general corporate advisory and regulatory matters.
Mr. Ang earned his LL.B at the National University of Singapore and practiced at a prominent Singapore law firm before joining Morrison & Foerster in 2008. Mr. Ang also holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore where he received the NUS MBA Dean’s Study Award, a full scholarship. He is admitted to the bar of England and Wales, and is fluent in Mandarin.
