Lisa Amii's background in molecular genetics and general surgery has enabled her to work with clients in a wide range of technical fields, including medical, surgical, and diagnostic devices; drug delivery; and recombinant DNA/genetic engineering. Her current practice involves patent prosecution and litigation support in the areas of cardiovascular devices, minimally invasive surgical devices, drug delivery implants, and inhalation and transdermal drug delivery. As a member of the Venture Intellectual Property Group, she also assists with performing investor-side due diligence.
