Ms. Tymann is Of Counsel in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she is a member of the Financial Transactions Group. She represents lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, including syndicated loans, debtor-in-possession financings and commodity finance transactions. Ms. Tymann also represents investment banks, broker-dealers, investment advisors, and other entities in equity and loan trading.
Ms. Tymann has extensive experience in negotiating, reviewing and analyzing credit documentation and has assisted lenders and borrowers in negotiating and documenting credit transactions. Ms. Tymann has also worked on the trading desk of a global investment bank where she assisted in the closing process for distressed loan trades.
Ms. Tymann earned her B.A. from Hamilton College and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
