Llewellyn Davis is an associate in the firm’s Global Antitrust and Competition Law Practice Group.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Davis was a staff attorney at the Federal Trade Commission where he represented the government in antitrust investigations, merger reviews, and litigation in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, and health care. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Davis received his J.D., with honors, from Rutgers School of Law where he was the Managing Editor of Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion. He received his B.A. from Cornell University.
