Lucy Overbury is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster’s London office.
Since joining the firm in 2010, she has worked for both private and public companies across a number of the firm’s practice areas, including technology, pharmaceutical, oil and gas and life sciences. Ms. Overbury advises on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, private financing, public offering and general corporate and governance issues.
Ms. Overbury completed a BA (Hons) in English and Philosophy at Nottingham University in 2008 before going on to obtain a first class degree in law at Nottingham Law School in 2010.
Ms. Overbury is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
