In M&A transactions, the parties often dispute over warranty and indemnity clauses, which sometimes become deal-breakers. In this workshop, we will discuss certain major issues and possible solutions in connection with warranty and indemnity clauses in M&A transactions, including warranty and indemnity insurance as one well established solutions.
