Morrison & Foerster is pleased to be a participant in the 451 Research’s second annual Tech M&A Summit.

The Summit will feature a panel of senior M&A professionals from Morrison & Foerster, VMware, Cisco Systems, Qatalyst Partners, and Microsoft. The panel will discuss the outlook for technology M&A in 2012, with a particular emphasis on issues related to valuing and executing transactions for companies in fast-growing segments. Following the panel presentations, there will be an informal networking reception.
