Maggie Mayo is a litigation attorney in Morrison & Foerster's San Francisco office. Ms. Mayo has a broad-based litigation practice, with an emphasis in commercial litigation and consumer class actions in federal and state courts. She also works with clients on intellectual property matters involving a variety of technologies. She is active in the firm's pro bono efforts.
She has drafted and argued motions in both federal and state court. She is also experienced in taking and defending depositions.
Ms. Mayo graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2008. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William H. Alsup of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Ms. Mayo received her B.A. in Chemistry, magna cum laude, from Cornell University in 2005.
