Malcolm K. Dort is a litigation associate in the Tokyo office.
Mr. Dort graduated with degrees in both common and civil law from the McGill University Faculty of Law in 2010. While at McGill, he was an extern to the Hon. Anne-Marie Trahan of the Superior Court of Québec. Mr. Dort received his B.A., magna cum laude, in political science from Carleton College in 2000.
Mr. Dort attended Stanford University’s Inter-University Center for Japanese Language Studies in 2004-2005 as a Blakemore Freeman Fellow. In 2006, he worked as a research assistant to former Japanese Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Hitoshi Tanaka.
