Mansu Pak is an associate of Ito & Mitomi (Morrison & Foerster LLP, Tokyo). Mr. Pak represents clients in a range of corporate matters and commercial transactions, including structured finance, real estate finance, sale and leasing of real estate, asset-backed securitizations, and labor.
Mr. Pak received his LL.B. from Keio University, and graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in 2006. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Pak was an associate with another major international law firm. He also received an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2012. He is a bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan and a member of the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association.
