Mariko M. Tran is a corporate associate in the Tokyo office of Morrison & Foerster.
Ms. Tran graduated, magna cum laude, from the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 2004, receiving a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in International Studies from the College of Arts and Sciences. In 2011, she earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as a senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Prior to law school, Ms. Tran was twice awarded, in 2002 and 2004, Monbukagakushō (Japanese Ministry of Education) scholarships to study and conduct research at Hitotsubashi University.
