Mary Lappas is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster's London office.
Ms. Lappas advises on a range of matters including public and private financings, public offerings, UK and international mergers and acquisitions reorganisations, joint ventures and general corporate counselling.
Ms. Lappas was admitted to practice in New York in 2003 and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2007. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, having trained at a Big Four firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lappas practiced in the London office of a US firm, advising on corporate and funds transactions.
