Matt Bonovich is an associate in the firm’s Financial Transactions Group. He represents financial institutions, public and private borrowers, and other corporate entities in a variety of finance transactions. Matt has a particular focus in project finance and his experience includes senior and subordinated, acquisition, asset-backed, bridge, mezzanine and venture finance. He has also advised on restructuring and bankruptcy matters.
Representative industries in which Matt has advised clients include energy (renewable and oil and gas), transportation, infrastructure, real estate, mining, food, public utilities, railroad, shipping, automotive parts manufacturing, health care and telecommunications. He has worked on transactions in the U.S. and internationally, including in the E.U., Australia, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.
Matt is also active with pro bono clients and represents Working Solutions, a nonprofit business development organization.
