Matt Harrison is Of Counsel in our London office. He is a corporate/commercial generalist and a member of both the Mergers & Acquisitions and Technology Transactions Practice Groups. His core practice is structuring and negotiating acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, licensing, outsourcing and related commercial transactions. He also advises on intellectual property, privacy and information law and has broad experience in private equity funds and secondaries, media, Internet, software and mobile business matters.
Mr. Harrison was previously mergers & acquisitions and technology transactions counsel at the London office of a U.S. law firm, in-house counsel at Accenture and a member of the intellectual property and technology group at an international law firm based in London.
