Meryl Rothchild is an associate in the Business Restructuring & Insolvency Group of Morrison & Foerster’s New York office.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Rothchild was an associate in the New York office of another large law firm where she worked on in-court and out-of-court bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Her prior representations include Chapter 11 creditors, investors, debtors, and other parties-in-interest in a wide range of transactions.
Ms. Rothchild earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal and won the National Association of Women Lawyers Award for Outstanding Graduate. Ms. Rothchild received her B.A. from Vassar College in political science.
