Michael Kryston is a litigation attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group in the Palo Alto office. Mr. Kryston’s practice focuses on intellectual property disputes, with an emphasis on patent litigation. He also represents clients in securities and commercial litigation.
Mr. Kryston graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he earned a High Technology Law Certificate and was a member of the Moot Court Board. He received a B.S.E. in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and his M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, with a concentration in Information Systems and Management Science.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Kryston worked as a business and technology consultant. He has extensive international experience working with high technology, financial services, energy, and telecommunications companies. He held senior-level positions at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), IBM Global Services, Proxicom/Dimension Data, and a major Lloyd’s of London underwriter.
