Michael Rosenberg is an associate with the Capital Markets Group in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster LLP.
Mr. Rosenberg represents issuers, underwriters and placement agents in a variety of securities offerings, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, both domestically and abroad. His practice also focuses on securities offerings by financial institutions, including investment grade securities and structured products linked to equities, commodities, interest rates and other underlying assets under continuous offering programs that are registered under the Securities Act, or that are exempt from registration under Rule 144A and Section 3(a)(2) of the Securities Act.
Mr. Rosenberg received his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law in 2009, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Journal of Corporate and Financial Law and the Fordham Law Moot Court, and his B.A. from Yeshiva University, magna cum laude, in 2006.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster LLP, Mr. Rosenberg was associated with another major international law firm.
Mr. Rosenberg is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
