Michael J. Klepich

Michael Klepich is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions Group. Mr. Klepich advises clients on transactional matters involving intellectual property, including matters regarding licensing, acquisition, and sale of intellectual property and technology.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Klepich was an intellectual property associate at Jones Day. He focused on software copyright litigation, patent litigation, and license disputes. Mr. Klepich also assisted in intellectual property matters related to acquisitions, licensing, and risk management.

Mr. Klepich received his J.D. from Stanford Law School where he was business manager and editor of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business and Finance. He graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Utah with a B.S. in political science.
