Michael Krigbaum is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster's Palo Alto office. His practice focuses on corporate transactions and securities law matters, including private financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, securities compliance, public company reporting, and corporate governance. Mr. Krigbaum has represented high-technology and life sciences companies, both as an attorney at Morrison & Foerster and during his four years as a corporate paralegal prior to attending law school.
Mr. Krigbaum represents a number of emerging companies and venture capital firms, and is the primary venture capital attorney for the investment arm of a major pharmaceutical company.
Mr. Krigbaum attended the Santa Clara University School of Law where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Krigbaum completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley, and graduated with high honors.
