Michael Stusiak's practice focuses on complex litigation concerning intellectual property rights, lender liability claims, and other contract and tort claims involving commercial enterprises. 

Mr. Stusiak has represented parties in a variety of matters such as commercial disputes (including bankruptcy proceedings), land use and environmental disputes, and mass-tort products liability litigation. Mr. Stusiak has extensive experience litigating commercial contract disputes and disputes concerning distressed commercial real estate and related lender liability claims.

Mr. Stusiak has represented parties in the resolution of matters through trial, appellate, and alternative dispute resolution procedures.

Notable representations in which Mr. Stusiak has participated include Morrison & Foerster's defense of Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company in nationwide breast implant products liability litigation and the post-arbitration defense of Kyocera Corporation as reported in La Pine Technology Corp. v. Kyocera Corp., 130 F.3d 884 (9th Cir. 1997).

Mr. Stusiak is a member of the American Bar Association, the Sacramento County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
