Mitsutoshi Uchida is a partner of Ito & Mitomi in the Corporate Department. He represents Japanese and non-Japanese clients in various corporate transactions, including debt and equity capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. He regularly provides advice to financial institutions and investment companies on Japanese regulatory matters.
Mr. Uchida received his LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 1999, and graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute of Japan in 2000. He received his LL.M. from Stanford Law School in 2006.
