The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Pinnacle Airlines has selected Morrison & Foerster's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group as its counsel. The Debtors filed their Chapter 11 petitions in the Southern District of New York on April 1, 2012, and have listed assets and liabilities in excess of $1 billion. The engagement is subject to Bankruptcy Court approval. The MoFo team includes Brett Miller, Lorenzo Marinuzzi, Todd Goren, Erica Richards and William Hildbold.
