The Chambers Asia-Pacific Awards named Morrison & Foerster the 2013 Japan International Firm of the Year at a ceremony in Beijing on February 28. This is the second time in the past three years that MoFo has won this prestigious honor.
The awards recognize the work of national and international law firms across the region reflecting excellence in client service.
In addition to being named the Japan International Firm of the year, Morrison & Foerster received more Band 1 practice rankings, and more Band 1 (or higher) individual rankings than any other firm, with Band 1 rankings in Corporate, M&A and Real Estate and 27 partners in the office ranked as leaders in their field of practice.
MoFo's Tokyo office recently celebrated its 25th anniversary and is the international firm with the largest office in Japan.
