The firm was named M&A Advisor Awards' Law Firm of the Year in 2010 and 2011, and was named the M&A Advisor International Awards' Firm of the Year for 2013. Rob Townsend was named the M&A Advisor Awards' Legal Advisor of the Year in 2011.
