Mori Inada is an associate of Ito & Mitomi. His practice primarily focuses on financing transactions including non-recourse finance and real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing. He also advises clients on financial regulations including the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law and Act on Securitization of Assets (TMK Law).
Mr. Inada is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association. Prior to joining Ito & Mitomi, he practiced in the Tokyo offices of two major international law firms.
