Nadia R. Jones is the Attorney Development Group and Diversity Manager for Morrison & Foerster LLP. In her role, Ms. Jones oversees the strategic diversity initiatives of the firm in its U.S. offices. She helps design and implement attorney development and mentoring programs for the firm's minority lawyers, including attorneys of color, women, disabled, and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) attorneys. She also advises these attorneys and assists in the coordination of the firm's affinity groups.
