As member of both the Debt Trading Group and the Corporate Department, Nadium Jinnah's practice focuses on transactional matters.
Mr. Jinnah's Debt Trading practice involves representing investment banks, commercial banks, hedge funds, and other entities in secondary market loan transactions. He has experience in the review and analysis of credit documentation relating to par loans and distressed loans.
Mr. Jinnah also represents clients in a broad range of corporate and technology transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private financings, and reporting and regulatory requirements, as well as in matters of general business and corporate law. Mr. Jinnah has worked on transactions across a variety of industries, including technology, government contracts, education, and other regulated businesses.
While at Georgetown, Mr. Jinnah interned for the Honorable Donald F. Parsons of the Delaware Court of Chancery and was the notes and articles editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law.
