Naomi Moss is an associate in the Business Restructuring & Insolvency Group in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Moss was an associate at a bankruptcy boutique firm in New York City where she represented numerous corporations and other entities as debtors under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. She was also an intern for the Honorable Robert E. Gerber, Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York.

Ms. Moss earned her LL.M. in bankruptcy and her J.D. from the St. John's School of Law, where she was a member of the moot court team. Ms. Moss received her B.A. in politics and journalism from New York University.

Ms. Moss is admitted to practice in the state of New York.

Residential Capital, LLC
(Bankr. S.D.N.Y.) Counsel to Residential Capital, one of the largest residential real estate finance companies with assets and liabilities each in excess of $15 billion, whose business is comprised primarily of loan servicing and origination, and its subsidiary companies, in their pending chapter 11 cases. Residential Capital was the largest bankruptcy filing of 2012 and the case represents the first time ever that a mortgage servicer was able to successfully continue servicing and originating mortgages in bankruptcy and be sold as a going concern.
