Narutake Takasu is a partner of Ito & Mitomi and represents both Japanese and non-Japanese corporations on a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters with a focus on real estate investment fund formation, real estate finance transactions, and real estate acquisition, sale and leasing transactions. He also provides legal advice on various financial regulations including the Financial Instruments Exchange Act and on real estate related laws.
Mr. Takasu completed his legal training at the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan between 1998 and 2000.
