Nathan B. Sabri

A member of the firm’s litigation department, Nathan Sabri is involved in both litigation and counseling on a wide variety of intellectual property matters. He has experience litigating patent, copyright, and trademark infringement actions in federal court; fraud actions in state court; and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and World Intellectual Property Organization.  Mr. Sabri, in addition to conducting litigation, counsels clients with respect to intellectual property matters, including enforcement of intellectual property rights and diligence associated with mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Sabri was awarded the Wiley W. Manuel Award by the California State Bar for pro bono services every year from 2007 through 2011. 

Mr. Sabri received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law.  While earning his J.D., he was executive editor of The UC Davis Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif and Order of Barristers. He received the UC Davis Law School Medal for the highest academic achievement in his graduating class, as well as eight Witkin awards for the highest academic achievement in specific subjects, including intellectual property. Mr. Sabri received a B.S. in applied ecology from the University of California, Irvine, where he was a Regents and National Merit Scholar.
