We sponsor committees that work to enhance and improve diversity within the firm. Our Diversity Strategy Committee (DSC) was formed in 2003. Its primary mission is to recommend major diversity goals and objectives to our board of directors. The DSC is comprised of senior and mid-level partners, including the firm’s chair, the firmwide managing partner, the director of attorney development and the director of client relations. The firm’s managing director of human resources serves as a liaison to the committee.
Under the direction of the DSC and senior management, the firm supports a variety of internal diversity initiatives, programs and groups designed to recruit, train, mentor and retain diverse lawyers and staff.
