Paul Flum's practice focuses on complex litigation and class actions. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state trial and appellate courts. Mr. Flum's clients include telecommunications companies, software developers, transportation companies, pharmaceutical wholesalers, accounting firms, and financial services companies. Mr. Flum has handled matters across diverse substantive areas, including federal and state securities laws, state privacy and consumer protection laws, employment disputes, RICO, ERISA, and various business torts.
Mr. Flum received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1979. He received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1982, where he served as an editor of the law review. He joined Morrison & Foerster in 1982.
Mr. Flum has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial and tort actions, including claims for fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and defamation.
