Paul Navarro is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office.
Mr. Navarro received his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he served as Co-Chair of the school’s Diversity Committee and was a member of the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court team, which won Best Oral Argument and Second Place overall at the 2009-2010 Eastern Regional International Trademark Association competition. While in law school, Mr. Navarro was also extern to the Honorable Carlos T. Bea of the United States Court for the Ninth Circuit and an extern in the Government Bureau of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
Mr. Navarro graduated with honors from Stanford University, where he won the Robert M. Golden Medal For Excellence in the Humanities and Creative Arts.
Recently, Mr. Navarro was a member of the three-person trial team representing Plaintiffs in Reiser v. Reiser (Case Number RG08406864). The jury delivered a verdict in favor of Plaintiffs, awarding them $60 million in damages. In 2013, Mr. Navarro was named a Northern California “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers.
