Payam Roshandel is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster's Denver office. He represents both public and private enterprises in mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings, securities filings, joint ventures, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Roshandel worked as an engineer at Aksys Ltd. where he helped to develop a personal home hemodialysis machine. His background includes a particular focus on advanced renal replacement therapies. Specifically, Mr. Roshandel solved issues relating to molecular transport across dialyzer membranes.
Mr. Roshandel is fluent in Farsi and conversational in Spanish.
