Peter H. Day is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Litigation Group in the Palo Alto office.
Mr. Day received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University—Bloomington's Maurer School of Law, where he was a managing editor of the Indiana Law Journal and a McLaughlin Fellow. Mr. Day was elected to the Order of the Coif. While attending law school, he worked as a judicial extern to the Hon. William Lawrence in the Southern District of Indiana.
Mr. Day graduated from Occidental College with a B.A. in Religious Studies. There he was a member of the Men’s Varsity Swimming and Water Polo teams.
