This conference consists of four panels covering a range of topics, including the basics of private equity structuring, recent developments in fund structuring teams, compliance and new SEC regulatory opportunities for private equity firms and the ethical implications and M&A and liquidity events for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Anna Pinedo will be speaking on the panel regarding ethical considerations that may arise in connection with offerings or M&A for private equity fund portfolio companies in light of new regulations.
