Qian Hu is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong office. Her practice focuses on a wide range of capital markets matters including initial public offerings, securities offerings, and regulatory compliance matters for Hong Kong-listed companies. She has extensive experience advising issuers in the energy, resources, telecoms, real estate, manufacturing and life sciences industries.
Ms. Hu graduated from Peking University with a LL.B. and LL.M. She also earned a LL.M. from New York University. Ms. Hu was admitted to the New York bar. She is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
