Rachelle Fernandes is an attorney in the Real Estate Department of Morrison & Foerster's New York office.
Ms. Fernandes earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. During law school, Ms. Fernandes interned at the Innocence Project, a nonprofit legal clinic dedicated to exonerating the wrongfully convicted, and was Annotations Editor on the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender.
Ms. Fernandes earned her B.A.,
magna cum laude, in Criminal Justice from the State University of New York at Albany, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
